In the heart of Academgorodok, Novosibirsk.
The room will be perfect for short-term visits (for a conference or iternational event). We are very close to Novosibirsk State University, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, public transport (a 5 min walk). Technopark is 30 mins away if you walk, 20 mins by marshrutka (a taxi bus, runs every 10 minutes).
We are a married couple and would love to host one or maximum two international guests or Russian people who are able to read this text. Short-term stays (1-2 nights) planned in advance (a few days or a week prior to your visit) are preferable due to our workload. The apt has only one bedroom (where the guests will stay) and one shared living room (where the hosts will sleep).
Just because this is a real apt, where hosts actually live, you will have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom areas with us. Hosts and guests may have different schedules and it's no problem for us.
We are renting out our own bedroom for 18$ per night. If you are comfortable with a couch in the living room, we will send you a special offer for 15$ per night. From time to time we travel or host our relatives and close friends, so not all days might be available.
Interaction with guests
We will meet you upon arrival and give you one set of keys. Your room does not have its own lock, in case it's important.
Other things to note
It would be great if you could briefly describe the purpose of your visit in a request message for the room. Thank you!
We have no pets. If you would like to bring your pet with you, please let us know in advance and we will see what we can do :)
Common sense applies:
- no loud or drunken behaviour
- quiet after 11 pm
- wash the dishes
- clean your space before you leave (we do not charge a cleaning fee)

Well, there is something I can tell you. I am a linguist and a teacher of English and Russian. I am passionate about it! I worked in Davidson College, NC for a year as a Fulbrighter. Now I work at my home university back in Russia.
I live and travel with my husband Sergei. Well, if you have any questions, just write a message.
Maybe the last thing to mention - I am a more quiet person than a crazy one.
