The space

I designed my apartment with a Scandinavian and Minimalist approach.

Guest access

You will have access to your private bedroom which includes a queen size memory foam mattress, a laptop table, a chair, a desk lamp, and a closet with hangers. An air mattress is also available.

Towels, linens, mini 100% olive oil bathing soap bars, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

Feel free to use the bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

Interaction with guests

I enjoy meeting all of my guests when possible.

The neighbourhood

Welcome to Chinatown, which is part of Center City in Philadelphia.

There are tons of Asian cuisine restaurants, bars, and karaoke lounges to choose from in the neighborhood. The Pennsylvania Convention Center is across the street. The bustling Reading Terminal Market is only a 4 minute walk from the apartment. If you're into "speakeasy bars", there is one around the corner. My apartment is also a short walk to Hahnemann University Hospital and City Hall.

Everything you need is pretty much in walking distance!

Getting around

The best way to get around Chinatown is walking. However, buses and SEPTA subway are only steps away. I also recommend Uber or Lyft.

There is free street parking around my apartment from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. For free parking lots, please ask!

Other things to note

I may host other guests in my bedroom when I am traveling.

A comedy theater recently opened downstairs my apartment. The bedrooms are not really affected by the noise level, but earplugs are available if you want them.

I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to explore 11 countries in Europe, 5 countries in Central America, and 4 countries in Southeast Asia. Some of my favorite places include Hong Kong, Stockholm, Hoi An, Barcelona, New York City, and last but not least, Philadelphia.

I enjoy having fika and dim sum with friends, Vietnamese cuisine, bungee jumping, and reading.
