Each of our colourful duplex villas features a private ground-floor terrace and an upper balcony, perfect for soaking up the sunshine or enjoying a quiet evening with a glass of wine. Whether you're a couple looking for a romantic break or a small family seeking comfort and convenience, Falesia Gardens has something for everyone.
Guests enjoy access to a shared swimming pool, sun loungers, and peaceful landscaped grounds – all just a short walk from local restaurants, the beach, and Madeira’s famous cliffside promenades. With self-catering facilities and a laid-back atmosphere, Falesia Gardens is the perfect base to explore the island or simply relax and recharge.
This comfortable three-person villa is ideal for a small family or group of friends. The ground floor has a relaxed living area with sofa seating, TV, and a separate kitchen and dining table and bed for the third guest. Outside, a private terrace with seating makes a nice spot for breakfast or evening drinks.
Upstairs, there’s a twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes and doors leading to a quiet balcony with a table and chairs. The bathroom includes a shower and bidet. You’re just a short walk from restaurants, hotels, and the beach, and there’s a handy bus stop nearby for trips into Funchal or Canico town centre.
