This light and airy 3-bedroom, 200-sqm apartment is bathed in light and beautifully decorated. Massive french windows open the main living space onto the balcony. Just 3-min walk to Prom Pong BTS: you couldn't be more central! Perfect for a family.
A tranquil, stylish and spacious 3-bedroom apartment in the beating heart of Bangkok and just minutes walk from Phrom Pong BTS Skytrain Station.
Beautiful art and furniture and the unique living room that opens up directly onto the balcony make this a wonderful base from which to explore the bustle of Bangkok (and retreat to when you need to recharge).
The newly renovated unit comfortably sleeps 6 and has 3 fully furnished bedrooms each with their own AC units, a kitchen, huge living room and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with shower and bath). The master bedroom has its own balcony en-suite bathroom and a queen size bed, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom a king size bed. We also have two cribs/cots available for the youngsters.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with espresso maker, oven, microwave, fridge and all cooking utensils - although with the abundance of great food available here, its unlikely you'll be doing much cooking. Nevertheless, there is a dining table that seats 8 persons.
The living room is spacious and grand, with a host of seating options, including antique Burmese plantation chairs, bean bags, a comfy sofa and Thai cushions. There is a TV with limited cable Service and Apple TV, a surround sound Sony stereo system with LP player and leads to connect your music players to.
The living room itself opens up to a balcony with plants and small table for two and a deck chair, making the place bright and airy - the balcony is perfect to have breakfast on whilst listening to the neighborhood cockerels do their thing.
The location is as central as you can get and the perfect spot to explore Bangkok from. Just minutes walk from the main EM District shopping areas and Phrom Pong BTS skytrain that can take you all across the city. Benajsiri Park is just minutes walk away - a luxury in the modern metropolis of Bangkok.
You have access to the entire apartment, all three bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and kitchen. The washing machine is located on a separate balcony space outside of the main apartment. The outdoor storage room is locked and is not accessible to guests.
Interaction with guests
We are usually out of town when we are renting our place but have a reliable associate who manages the property for us whilst we are away and can answer any questions or queries, including advice on where to go, where to eat, how to get around and any other local knowledge you would like to tap him for.
He is available to help with any issues you may face. We ourselves are contactable via email and other messaging services or telephone, depending on time differences (where we are).

38-year-old journalist and human rights worker. British-American married to a French woman, we have two young children, Lilas, aged 2 months and Raphael, 22-months (as of March 2016).
We have traveled the world and lived overseas for decades. We like to go where the locals go and do what the locals do. We're open-minded, international, and believe in the goodness of others. Our first Air BnB experience was in Belgrade when my wife and I had first met. We love the idea of staying in homes and not hotels. Our first port of call is friends and family, then Air BnB.
