Enjoy lake and mountain views in this updated oasis amongst the trees. Whether you're looking for an outdoor adventure or a rejuvenating escape, we have it all! Situated on a five acre lake, enjoy the private dock and use of our two paddle boards and canoe. After a day of hiking, decompress in the hot tub and sauna. Tons of space to gather both indoors and outdoors, we hope you'll enjoy all the modern amenities while reconnecting with nature. Just 12 minutes to downtown Ellijay!

The space
Kitchen:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking: air fryer, crock pot, pressure cooker, blender, mixer, toaster, plenty of pots & pans, cooking sheets, mixing bowls, etc. We also provide a variety of coffee options, including a Nespresso machine, Keurig, coffee pot, and french press. A generous supply of Nespresso pods, Keurig pods, ground coffee, assorted teas, coffee creamer and syrups are provided!

Dining Room:
Cozy dining room with seating for 6 just off of the kitchen and living room.

Reading Nook:
Enjoy a book, coffee, or a nap in our built in reading nook under the stairs! We provide a variety of books and there is also a community library at the front of the neighborhood!

Living Room:
Cozy up around the fireplace with space for everyone. A large smart TV in the living room with access to subscription services!

Sitting Area:
Next to the living room, you'll find a conversation area, perfect for board games, coffee or drinks!

Primary Bedroom:
On the main level you'll find the primary bedroom situated with a king bed with adjustable base, blackout curtains, sound machine, ceiling fan, and smart TV.

Downstairs Bathroom:
On the main floor, the bathroom has a separate soaking tub and shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, floss picks, qtips, and hair dryer.

Laundry:
You'll find detergent, iron and ironing board, steamer, and washer and dryer here! You'll also find the two adult and one infant life jacket in here.

Bedrooms 2 and 3:
Upstairs you'll find each bedroom with queen beds, blackout curtains, sound machines, ceiling fans, and smart TVs.

For Fun:
In the living room, you'll find a variety of board games, cards, and puzzles for you to occupy your time!

Outside:
Outdoor dining table for 6 as well as several seating options are located on the deck. A gas grill with propane is also provided! Under the deck is where you'll find our hot tub and 4 person sauna! Take a few steps closer to the lake and you'll be able to enjoy Adirondack seating for 6 around the fire pit! Provided for you to use are two paddle boards and one canoe, located near our private dock. Unfortunately, there is no swimming allowed in the lake. There is a beautiful waterfall just a 5 minute walk from the cabin!

We are just 12 minutes to downtown Ellijay and 25 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property themselves. They will also have access to the hiking, pool (closed for the remainder of the 2025 season), tennis/pickleball courts, picnic areas, and playground of the community.

There is no smoking of any kind allowed.
