The Punta and Marinero terrace offers a stunning ocean view overlooking Zicatela beach, from a second floor accessible by 14 steps. This spacious terrace has two bedrooms: Marinero room with two full size beds and Punta room with one queen-size bed. Both rooms have a mini fridge, air conditioning, tv, wifi and ocean view terrace. They share a bathroom with hot water and an equipped kitchenette. This space is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

The space
We are Oceanview Guesthouse, our home is a cozy accommodation facing the ocean. Is an old Mexican decor type house with an excellent location. Just one block from the beach and Zicatela’s Main Street. We are a local home where you will feel a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere.
Our Oceanview Guesthouse is divided into four distinct units. Two of these are studio apartments, each featuring two queen-size beds, kitchen and bathroom. The third studio apartment offers one queen-size bed, kitchen and bathroom. The fourth unit is a spacious terrace with two bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other with two full-size beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom and a kitchenette, making it a perfect space for a family or a group of friends.

Other things to note
Noise: Even though living near the beach is wonderful, it can also be noisy. Parties and music can be heard frequently and clearly from here. (This is due to the fact that it is an open terrace). You may also occasionally hear dogs barking in the area. These are circumstances beyond our control and we cannot offer an easy solution.
