A newly built 1380 sq. ft. home in Goodyear, AZ! This spacious and modern single-family home, complete with a two-car garage, is perfect for your stay. Here’s what you can expect from our property:

Master Bedroom: Featuring a comfortable queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom, this room provides a relaxing retreat with ample storage space.

Second and Third Bedrooms: Each of these rooms is furnished with a full-size bed and shares the second bathroom, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

Living Space: The open layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The living room is perfect for relaxation, with a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi available.

Kitchen: Our fully stocked kitchen comes with modern stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Back Patio: Enjoy the outdoor seating space on the back patio, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Please note that the landscaping is natural ground and unfinished, adding a rustic touch to your outdoor experience.
