This is a small 3 bedroom flat right off a side street. It sits right on top of the road, and is rather noisy until 11 or 12. The pub (about two doors down) and the other businesses on the street do a good job of keeping things quiet after then. My 3 kids had no problem going to sleep. The location works well for those who want a location that has less then a 25 minute walk to most sights and attractions. Place was clean, and as advertised! It's a good place to come back to after a day of seeing the sights, getting to bed, and getting ready for another day.

Nice basic apartment in a good location. It was small, but big enough for us (3 people). I think it would be too small to have more than 4 people stay there. The smallest bedroom was so small you could only open a suitcase in it (but as a bonus it had the most comfortable bed!) The largest bedroom had plenty of space for 2 people. Overall the place was clean but the walls were dingy and a bit dirty and the window shades broken and moldy. The fridge had some brown goopy stuff on the shelves. Beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom was quite spacious for a downtown apartment and nicely renovated. The location while very convenient is on the first floor so there was a LOT of street noise. The pictures when we booked (which have since been changed) had TVs in each room and a coffee maker, but none of these items were actually available when we arrived. The listing says there is a dryer but there was none. The wifi was really bad and dropped the connection a lot, so you couldn't really count on it. Charlie was unfriendly and the impression we got when talking to him is that we were a bother, interrupting his day and that he didn't want to talk to us. Some of the party vowed never to stay here again while others could overlook the flaws to be able to stay in such a convenient location.

- This is not a huge apartment, you cant expect a huge apartment in the very Cetre of London for the price you have paid. - Apologies, but I do not recall speaking with you on your arrival, you met housekeeper on arrival as I was at work. - We removed the bedroom TV's and dryer as we have refurbished parts of the flat and decided these were not used so removed them. - The photographs have also been updated this week to reflect it as it is now.

Charlie met us personally on arrival and allowed us to leave luggage prior to official checking time. Convenient location to Oxford Street. though much closer to Tottenham than Oxford Circus underground.

Logement très pratique, central, propre. Un peu bruyant le soir mais pas vraiment dérangeant... Nous avons beaucoup visité donc n'y étions qu'en fin de journée. Très bon séjour.

Appartement qui n'a pas totalement répondu à nos attentes. Le salon etait vraiment plus petit que sur les photos, la salle de bain etait immonde, les joints étaient noirs, le rideau de douche commençait à pourrir. La condensation s'accumule sur les fenêtres et il y faisait très chaud malgré la température extérieure assez basse. Il manque cruellement d'aération dans cet appartement situé au RDC. Heureusement que l'emplacement central vient lui donner un peu d'intérêt. Le stationnement dans la rue est impossible mais il y a un parking payant à proximité. Le métro n'est pas loin et vous pouvez vous rendre à pied dans l'hyper centre de Londres.

Robin - You guys only stayed with us one night. Your comments are slightly extreme. We actually have had the property refurbished since you stayed, there is a new bathroom, and the Kitchen has been re-tiled and painted. The place is looking really great now. We are about to have the photographs re-done.
