Located just steps away from Ohio State University (OSU) and MAPFRE Stadium, our home offers convenient access to downtown Columbus, only 3 miles away, and the airport, just 8 miles (15 minutes) away.
The 'Uptown District' bedroom, situated in our recently renovated house, boasts a modern and clean aesthetic, flooded with natural light. You'll find ample street parking and off-street parking options.

1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, as well as 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bed.
2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap.
3. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen: toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, various size pots & pans, kettle and a Keurig coffee machine.
4. Do you allow pets? – No. We do not allow pets under any circumstances.
5. What time is check-in and check-out? – You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. In case you are arriving late, it’s not a problem -- as it’s self check in, you can come at any time as long as it’s after 4:00pm.
6. Is an early check-in possible? We don’t allow earlier check-ins as we do need time to prepare the house before your arrival.
7. What type of unit is this one? You are booking a private bedroom inside a shared house. We do have other 4 rooms in the house that are also rented to other Airbnb guests, so there will be other people in the house during your stay. Common facilities, such as bathrooms and kitchens, are all shared.

9. How fast is the internet? Our download speed is as fast as 175Mbps. The service is very reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues.
10. Do you offer laundry? No, You can find a Laundromat just 2 minutes away from the house at Clean as a Whistle Coin Laundry. Once you have booked and if you need the location, We can share it with you.
11. How does the parking work?
There is free street parking along North 4th St.
12. Is my room safe? - Absolutely, your room will have a door lock keypad with a unique code so you can close and lock it when you leave or while you’re in the room. If you need anything, we’re just a message away.

You are renting the a private bedroom on the second floor of the house. Your room name is "Uptown District" You have access to all of the common areas such as living room, dining area, full kitchen and the two bathrooms.
Please note that the basement and laundry room is only for housekeeping use only.
The porch is shared with the other side of the duplex.
If you are driving in, there is free street unlimited time parking available in the area.
During your stay
All the bedrooms are for short-term rentals so we're not on the premises. However, we're always just a quick message away, so feel free to reach out to us via Airbnb app or website at any time. We usually reply messages right away from 9am to 9pm.

We know that a clean and sanitary environment is the top concern for guests. As such, our professional housekeeper cleans and sanitizes the house on a regular basis and before every guest's check in. Rest assured that we take all possible precautions to ensure you have a comfortable and safe stay at our house. Our two bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized every day.
