This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is the perfect escape for anyone seeking a colorful slice of desert paradise. Highlights include a spacious backyard with a sparkling pool and spa, mountain views, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, and a large shaded patio perfect for outdoor entertaining. Inside, enjoy an open-concept kitchen, two TVs, a fireplace, strong AC, boardgames, WiFi, and more!

The space
As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a bright living room featuring a modern gas fireplace and large smart TV where you can sign in and enjoy all of your favorite streaming services. Enjoy the many books and boardgames for a fun game night with friends and family. Delight in the open floor plan as the living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen, making it easy to cook up a storm while remaining close to the action.

The cook’s kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary adventures, featuring a dual oven 5 burner gas range, dishwasher, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for prepping new recipes—or just mixing up a batch of margaritas! You’ll find all the dishes, glassware, and gadgets you need to entertain indoors or out.

The dining room seats up to 6 and offers large French doors with a wonderful view of the backyard and Palm Springs’ iconic mountain backdrop. Or dine outside under the warm glow of string lights and an illuminated pool. Indoor-outdoor entertaining is easy under the expansive shaded patio and outdoor kitchen. Features include a large 4 burner gas BBQ, dual gas stovetop, sink, and mini-fridge for quick access to snacks and drinks while laying out poolside.

Speaking of the outdoors, take advantage of the huge covered patio, outdoor dining, a separate seating area in front of the fireplace, and plenty of loungers for soaking up the sun. Enjoy panoramic mountain views, splash around in the pool (floats and games included), or unwind in the spa under the stars.

When it’s time for bed, retreat to the luxurious primary suite, where you’ll find a King-sized bed, smart TV, en-suite bathroom, and French doors leading directly to the pool and spa. This private sanctuary is designed for relaxation, perfect for winding down after a day of desert adventures.



The second and third guest rooms offer blackout curtains, standing fans, Queen-sized beds, and thoughtful touches that make them colorful and cozy. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, located off the sitting area.

And when you’re ready to explore, The Palm Palace is just minutes from historic downtown Palm Springs and the must-see Aerial Tramway. Whether you’re hitting the town, golfing, shopping, hiking, biking, dining, or clubbing, you’ll have the best of Palm Springs right at your fingertips.

Other things to note
This vacation rental is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of the neighbors and adhere to city and house rules. Palm Springs has a strict noise ordinance, so no music is allowed outside at any time, and quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 10:00am. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and routinely tickets visitors who break these rules. Please keep in mind that overnight guests cannot exceed 6 people.

Pet fee is $45 per stay and covers 1-3 pets.
Please pick up after your pets before leaving the house.


Optional Pool Heat is available for an additional fee ($85/night). We’ll have the pool preheated to 86 degrees upon your arrival. Please note: there are no massage-style jets in the extra-large spa. Spa Heat is included with every stay!
