In the picturesque alpine village of Pessey, at 1,750 m above sea level, in the heart of the Valtournenche, lies Heritage Carrel, a historic villa expertly renovated in 2024 with a unique balance of contemporary design and tradition.
Its privileged location, just 250 meters from the ski slopes and 8 minutes from the Cervino Ski Paradise facilities (connected to the fashionable Breuil-Cervinia and the panoramic Zermatt), makes it an ideal destination for winter sports enthusiasts. More experienced skiers can even reach the chalet with a spectacular off-piste descent. The area is also perfect for heliskiing, with an alpine guide.
Throughout the year, Heritage Carrel is immersed in an extraordinary natural environment, perfect for hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding. A walk is enough to reach a charming alpine lake, ideal for those seeking peace and contemplation. Just 10 km away, there is also an exclusive 18-hole golf course at the foot of the majestic Matterhorn.

In the basement, a functional and elegant environment welcomes you: the indoor garage offers a safe haven for your car, with an electric charging station, while a dedicated area is equipped for skis, snowboards, boots and bicycles — perfect for those who love the mountains in every season.
Adjacent, a contemporary-style video and music room is designed for relaxation and entertainment: equipped with an 82-inch Sony OLED TV and a very high-quality sound system (Sonus Faber – REL Acoustics – Marantz), it is the ideal place to immerse yourself in documentaries, films or simply in music.
To complete the floor, a Technogym fitness space and a dedicated bathroom.
A staircase leads directly to the outdoor wellness area, where a Finnish sauna and hot tub await you to regenerate in harmony with the landscape.
On the first floor, dedicated to the spring season, is the refined 50-square-meter Master Suite: a large relaxation area with comfortable sofas leads to the double bedroom with a walk-in closet and an elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower, perfect for relaxing mind and body after a day in the snow or on the trails. A glass door leads directly to the private garden, with convenient access to the outdoor spa.
The second floor, inspired by summer, houses the living area: a convivial and bright environment with a retractable kitchen with an elegant and functional design, a dining room and a designer fireplace for moments of warmth and sharing. From the large windows you can access the outside, to enjoy nature and the alpine climate on milder days.
Going up to the third floor, in the charming attic, you are greeted by the intimacy and warmth of autumn. Two 20-square-meter rooms offer maximum comfort, each with a private bathroom, soft carpets, and large panoramic windows.
The first bedroom, inspired by summer, is equipped with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed and a freestanding bathtub, perfect for a moment of immersive relaxation.
The second, dedicated to autumn, welcomes you with a double bed overlooking a beautiful attic window: from here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley to the south.
This space, suspended between sky and forest, completes the sensory journey through the seasons, offering a harmonious and timeless retreat, where every detail is designed to make you feel simply at home.

🚗 Exclusive access to nature
The last 200 meters are on a dirt road. In case of snow, free parking is available a short distance away, from which you can reach the chalet on foot, crossing a suggestive path. We recommend 4x4 cars with winter tires and chains in the winter.
