The space

The beautiful and wel kept exterior area features one terrace, a chlorine pool of 7 x 2.75 m and a depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.6 m, an outside shower, two well equipped porch, a barbecue, lemon groves and beautiful views.

The house of 110 m2 is distributed over one floor. It has 2 bedrooms, both with one double bed. There are 2 bathrooms; one with bathtub and one toilet. The extra two places can be accommodated on a sofa bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request.The living room is very welcoming and offers a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and the TV-Sat. The inependent kitchen with vitro stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

Pets up to 5 kg are welcome on the property.
Events are not permitted on the property.

The neighbourhood

Cala Magrana is located in the urbanization of Porto Cristo Novo, just 3 km from Porto Cristo, a nice residential area on the east of Mallorca, with a variety of beaches all around. Here you can visit a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops, etc; There is also a safari and playgrounds for the smallest one. If you prefer a lively nightlife, the area of Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada offers many bars, pubs and clubs.
You can not miss the visit to "Caves of Drach", a set of 4 caves connected to each other, formed by the action of the water entering from the Mediterranean Sea. They housed a large underground lake, called Lake Martel ("Llac Martel"), about 115 m long and 30 m wide. In this lake, there are daily concerts of classical music. You are invited to cross the lake by boat at the end of the concert.
You can also make different boat trips along the cost from several bays of the area.
