LOCATION! Walk to fireworks. Stay 7 days full week 6/30, leaving 7/7 and get $35% off. 2 pools /2 spas. $162.50 a night for the 7 days.

It's not just the accommodations but the experience and feelings you get from this resort when you stay here. It's like going home every year for us and can't wait to go back.

This room is in MOST REQUESTED front area of the timeshare. Comes in 2 different styles and both are nice and both are pictured in the photos. Never know which one until were there.

The space
YEP, We saw Steven Tyler here with Aerosmith in the outdoor Theater at Harveys. Walking distance from Stardust. My husband took this picture. Just one of many activities nearby. Check out the entertainment coming up for your stay.

Found it necessary to mention this. Regarding our 4.5 star rating, instead of 5. One person did not realize that the most expensive day to stay in Tahoe is July 4th and that's when they came. Many charge way more than we do. But they chose to stay here for some reason and book this price, yet mark us down for price. ??

The other person who gave us a 4 out of 5 rating lowered it for location??? I don't understand that. We are in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. They got in very late and left very early so they were just here in passing and then they were headed to other parts of California. So they really didn't get to explore all the perks our time share offers and everything around here in the area.:

CAN'T GET ANY CLOSER TO THE MOST POPULAR WEEK OF THE YEAR WITH HARRAH'S/HARVEY'S FIREWORKS EXTRAGANZA WITH PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS THAT IS INCLUDED WITH OUR RESORT (Unless you are in a boat)

_______________________________________
The full week of  6/30 leaving 7/7 FOR UNBELIEVABLE DEAL OF 35% off plus Airbnb's service fee, and that's it. No resort fees, taxes or cleaning fees. Check availability to see the price without booking yet. I just looked up to stay here through the resort itself for this week and the cheapest room was $2100 to $2300. You do not have to physically be here everyday to take advantage of discount.

ONLY THOSE WITH BEACH PASS CAN ENTER AND THIS UNIT COMES WITH BEACH PASS. In 20 years we have owned there, the fireworks show over the lake has never been cancelled. Although it came close to canceling due to fires a couple times but the show did go on. Fireworks are never guaranteed.

Although small, we have it ALL! Best location on Airbnb for South Lake Tahoe. NOTICE no cleaning fee or resort fee tacked onto your bill as many of the resorts are doing these days.

3 person maximum. Best suited for 2. Listing shows kitchen because Airbnb does not give the option of listing a kitchenette. This is a kitchenette with Microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishes, coffee maker and more. Some rooms have burners but you can call the front desk to pick up one also if you need one and get one of the rooms without it. We have even cooked or baked in the rec room when not being used by anyone.

BARGAIN!!!! FREE STUFF!!!
In the heart of TAHOE. Most everything comes with the timeshare FREE. DVD's, bikes, continental breakfast daily, 2 pools, 2 jacuzzi spas outdoors, MANY activities, free video rentals, family friendly and way more that you would normally have to pay for elsewhere. Because you are staying as a guest of an owner, your WIFI is FREE also. Arrive 6/30 and depart 7/7. Less than 7 days will not receive the discount.

We are also steps away from Movie Theaters and pee wee golf, Raley's Grocery Store, Food choices like Fire & Ice, Coldstone, Starbucks, Subway, too many to list. Every year we go back to see what new has been added. We also have a little taco place just behind us that is great and cheap. They have taco truck tacos there. Yum.

We love the fact that we can park our car and choose never to drive it if we desire. Total relaxing vacation. We also have a beach that is privately owned that we belong to. With your beach pass, you have access to it at the end of Stateline Blvd. We usually walk to it. Maybe half mile or less. There are free: bikes, some fishing gear, laundry facilities, popcorn, activities, morning donuts and coffee, etc. ALL FREE. There are 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis and work out room. Check out Stardust Tahoe in a search. Airbnb won't let me put the website on here. I love hanging out in the Jacuzzi and just people watching on the Blvd all day long. We are directly across the street from the Marriott Timeshare Resort with the Heavenly Gondola that you can go on for fantastic views and hiking in the summertime (skiing in the winter). They also have adventure added at the top of the Gondola.

We have owned here for 20+ years now and go every year. It is such a friendly family atmosphere that you won't find at the big resorts. Everyone gets to know each other and we feel like we are at a family reunion every year with those that go every year like we do and meeting new friends (lots). We will be there too in our 2 bdrm and available if you have questions or need help.

July 4th week is the most popular week in South Lake Tahoe and difficult to find great accommodations at a reasonable price.

This is for the Studio (called Satellite) which sleeps comfortably 2 in the queen Murphy Bed. They have 2 styles of this room named the "Satellite" room. It will accommodate a 3rd person but I would recommend a child, because the bed is small.

FREE WIFI. FREE PARKING for 1 vehicle. No elevator. If this is a concern, please use "ask a question" and don't book. I can possibly get a bottom floor for you, but I must call first. Continental breakfast included on first come first serve basis.

Remember! I WILL BE THERE in my Own unit. There is a 3 person limit into this room. (Exception with small children)

Because it is July 4th week, we do collect a higher than usual deposit on the room. But, I have never kept a dime on anyone as of yet and hopefully never will.

Come, enjoy and have fun. Gerry & Phil

Other things to note
The rooms are cleaned 3 times a week. I want to say it's Sunday, Tuesday and Friday. But not sure. You can always get fresh towels or shampoo, soap, towels, pool towels at any time if you like and other items from housekeeping or the front desk..

If you come and we end up with higher than normal temperatures, for instance, the CA central Valley is having a heat wave (100+ degrees), it can tend to get warm in your room here in Tahoe and there is no a/c. Hot in Tahoe is about mid 80's.

Normally Tahoe does not need A/C. Its normally much cooler up in the mountains here then in the central valley of CA. Although, the Stardust provides fans and extra fans when needed, we tend to bring our own as well, just in case. The nights cool way down. It can, and has in the past, get warm in the afternoons. If your one who likes to keep the windows shut at night, this is probably not the place for you, because, depending on the person, it can get uncomfortably warm. This is NOT NORMAL and have had friends stay year after year and love it.

I received under 5 stars from a guest also who did not understand how expensive Tahoe is for 4th of July. They were from out of the country and didn't know what 4th of July was. My prices are lower than the norm, but he gave me 4 stars regardless. This is the most popular week in Tahoe.

You can check out on the map of our location for Stardust Lodge Resort and see exactly where we are. Main reason we purchased our time share here is because of the perfect location, since I don't like to drive, and that was 20 years ago. So much improvement has happened in the last 20 years that makes it even more perfect for us.

My husband and I moved here from Fremont CA (SF Bay Area hour away) to Manteca, CA, 17 years ago, in 2002, and said....whatever will we do with this big ol' house? So in 2011 when Airbnb entered my life, I knew It was an answer and the reason we fell upon this particular home. We were the first Airbnb in Manteca and the 3rd in our area. Our home floorplan (see photos) was made for Airbnb and has brought us unbelievable joy hosting such of variety of people from all over the world. I have learned and experienced so much interacting with my guests. Can't tell you how lucky I feel to be able to do this. So blessed. Our last daughter is moving to Disneyland and will be attending the Disney College We will officially have joined the empty nesters club. The last of our 3 daughters left the nest 2/3 years ago. The youngest has gone on to many adventures including getting her AA degree and attending the Disney College Program. Lately she has been zipping around the USA to many destinations and of course, using Airbnb. She grew up with it and loves the concept. We have 2 other older daughters. Our eldest is a nurse with our 2 grandkids and our second daughter is a very talented artist also works with the Humane Society in Santa Barbara. Their shelter hosted hundreds of pets of all kinds during the fires and mudslides happening in the area. My husband's hobby is Halloween and he and his partner spent a lot of time in the 17 years of presenting the "Scary Perry Haunted House" which showed about 5 nights a year, but takes about 6 months to prepare and pack up each year. It was top quality Haunted House and outdid what a neighborhood haunted house would usually put do. 2014 was our last showing at our home because we outgrew our home and neighborhood. They are still on the hunt to find another location that suits this production better. He has recently been talking A LOT about reopening Scary Perry Haunted House for one last time in Oct 2020. We have lived in the bay area all our lives until we moved an hour east of it. So we know the bay area quite well. We have spent many years turning our yard into an oasis and think we are about done. We get many compliments on how beautiful it has turned out and it is great to see my vision become a reality. I love flowers and gardening but since we got the dog, who I describe as a hug-gable teddy bear in a dog suit, things have changed. The dog who thinks flowers are toys. Flowers make me happy. But, he is 8 now and understands that they are not toys now. We also have 2 kitties. our 18 year old tabby and our 11 year old calico. The calico is not allowed in the house, only our master bedroom. None of the animals are allowed in the Airbnb private area. You can visit or play with them outside of your private area anytime they are up to it. The dog is usually always up to it. He loves people!!!! I love hearing people's stories so I hope, if you stay here, you will tell me yours. I, myself, happily retired from 34 years in the automotive industry. I have a jewelry business on site. Also sell cinnamon rolls. I was encouraged by guests to post this because they said they wish they had been prepared in advance of knowing this. Just ask me if you are interested. I don't feel right pushing my products onto my guests, so please don't worry about that. If you enjoy looking, that's different. Hope your plans can be included with a stay in our home. Happy travels, Gerry & Phil of Manteca, CA
