Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located hide-away. Our lakeside duplex is far enough from the hustle and noise of the city to enjoy wildlife in the backyard, yet close enough to town to enjoy local shopping and cuisine. The property offers lake access with a dock for watercraft or swimming. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is recently renovated with all the comforts of home. The location is perfect for people who enjoy fishing or boating as a marina is close by.

The space
Our newly-renovated duplex is located on Lake Sinclair. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom which includes a standing shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin size bunks. This bedroom has a door for access to the second bath, which has a bathtub/shower.

The open floor plan has a wonderful lake view from the sliding glass doors in the living room. In the living room is a smart tv where you can download your favorite movie apps. The kitchen is equipped with essential utensils needed during your stay. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen as well as a washer and dryer for laundry. For your convenience, there is also a drying rack outside for beach towels and swimwear.

Kayaks and life vests are available to use. The dock can be used for you to secure your personal watercraft as there are cleats attached. There are beach towels provided along with the general bath linens. Dark washcloths are available for makeup removal.

The fire pit is available and very enjoyable to use on those cool nights. It is relaxing to sit beside a nice fire and to even make s'mores. You will find skewers in the kitchen drawer to the left of the dishwasher.

Before making Belize our full-time home, we lived in Georgia. We built our resort on one of our properties we purchased in Belize in 2003. Prior to building the resort, we only had our vacation home on the property and visited Corozal for holidays and vacations. We opened the resort to our first guests in December 2016. We continue to live on the property full time and enjoy meeting so many people from around the world.
