This is a hotel-type room, 100% private, with no shared areas. Upon entering the building, you directly access your room on a separate floor. Inside you will find a mini apartment style space, with everything you need for a comfortable stay:

The home has two boilers and a solar heater system, which are shared with the other homes in the building.
