About this listing
For the design picky: Have a wonderful stay at this completely refurbished flat in central Frederiksberg - the cultural upscale part of Copenhagen.
As one guest wrote: It's like living in a design magazine. And it should be, because it's what I do :D
I recently moved and spend 6 moths renovating and picking out the right furniture and lighting, so you'll have the luxury of both everything being new and of design details everywhere.
The apartment is 74m2 in total, but I prefer not to rent out my daughters room (6 m2). Theres a spacious combined livingroom with a brand new Danish design kitchen. You can have dinner at the Prouvé dining table sitting in a Bouroullec or Marcel Wanders chair. Or you can relax in the sofa (that actually also fold out into a sofa bed - however I prefer only 2 guests at a time).
The bedroom is also large and has a hotel styling with a big, dark blue velvet headboard and metallic tapestry. Here's also a desk for you to work at.
The bathroom is also newly made and has a ceiling covered in gold leaves and a one-of-a-kind handmade green sink in the shape of a seashell.
As I just listed this place, please see the reviews from my former place :)
The apartment is on the second floor, which is also the top floor, in a building from 1975.
It's super quit here - especially at night, as it is the end of a street, and the parking outside is private and only used by residents.
At the moment there are construction work in the neighbourhood, so if you are sensitive to noise during the day, dont book :)
There's a garden just outside the building, but better yet, the neighbour is a public botanical garden belonging to the university. If you walk 1,2 km in the other direction, you are by the largest park in Copenhagen: Frederiksberg Have.
Interaction with guests
I'll be very happy to guide you and help you with anything you'd like to experience.
If you arrive in the evening or at night, I can't be here, but we can arrange to leave the key somewhere.
This apartment is situated in the part of Copenhagen called Frederiksberg. it's a bit upscale and very cultural - lots of wonderful shops with delicacies, design, lingeri and restaurant and parks.
The Frederiksberg metro station is 800 meters away and busses 200 meters.
Please take care of my home:
- take your shoes off inside
- no smoking
- please buy own food
- just relax and have a good time :)
