The house is adjacent to Hubbard Park which was a huge bonus for me. Easy access to trails for running while very close to downtown. Very nice house. There bathroom is an entrance to the bathroom directly connected to the bedroom, which is really nice for privacy. The house is actually owned by Theo's friend but he let me know immediately upon booking. It's just something to be aware but the host was very nice and accommodating. I even got lemon for my water in the morning.
