Our family cottage is located in the peaceful landscape near Luovttat/Rullesteinsfjæra and is a perfect escape to nature. From the property you can often experience otters playing in the water, porpoises hunting fish right off the dock, and oxerein grazing in the garden. Daily the fishing boats will sail by. There is also plenty of saithe and cod to get on pole from the shoreline, making the place ideal for fishermen.

The space
The property consists of two main buildings, as well as lavvo and a building . The main cabin is two floors, with a seating area and bedroom on each floor. The sauna building is an oasis, with large windows and folding door facing the sea that allows you to let in the sea fragrance and sounds.
By the sea, guests can enjoy a private dock, providing easy access to the water for swimming, fishing, or just relaxing by the waves.

On stormy days the panoramic view is unbeatable. Tanafjord, directly facing north, welcomes wild weather where the rain showers sail by and the winds whip towards the graceful mountain range of Diegermulen.
In summer, the midnight sun bathes you in its golden light throughout the night, sparkling in the sea and creating a magical atmosphere.

Although the cabin is some distance from Luovttat, this attraction is a significant draw. Luovttat, an area known for its pebble beaches, pristine nature and spectacular views, gives you an authentic experience of the forces of the sea.
