The space
Rincón Yaabil, a charming 1 bedroom apartment with a queen bed, ideal for your stay in Tulum.

Just 5 minutes from the sea, this space offers you the perfect combination of comfort and proximity to the beach.

Relax on the private terrace overlooking a peaceful indoor park with lagoon, a peaceful corner in a heavenly setting.

Enjoy the small living room with sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located on the first floor, Rincón Yaabil is your perfect retreat near the sea.

Guest access
To access first you will have to go through the security filter in our cabin. Then, you'll get to the parking area, where you can park anywhere available. To enter our apartment, you will climb the stairs to the first floor. Upon arrival, you will see the door to our home just in front.

Outside, you will find a lockbox; a day before your arrival, we will share the key with you so you can access the keys.

Complex Facilities: The pool from 9am to 9pm , the gym from 9am to 9pm , the lagoon, the fire pit and free parking.

Laundry on premises at an additional cost:

Hours: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
