Cute bungalow home very nicely updated, hot showers good water pressure, ice cold AC, clean, soft comfy sheets/pillows/blankets, all mattresses are comfy memory foam. Great location in safe residential neighborhood (historic section of Tampa) Kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed! There was plenty of space for parking 2 larger vehicles also. (SUV and truck) Highly recommend all the way around. Excellent host! Will stay again next time we have the opportunity :)

The property was very comfortable and the neighborhood is great. One of the best neighborhoods in Tampa! There's a nice microbrewery and a new diner that are both walkable from the house, or a quick drive. The zoo is very close and the highway is just down the street which makes getting around the city very easy. I enjoyed the little amenities in the house and the cute backyard. Tip: the table in the living room is expandable which was great for playing board games!

Enjoyed our stay at Jeff's place. He went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The washer and dryer were being replaced but they were not ready for use, so I ended up going to the laundromat. Jeff refunded me $25 for the inconvenience. That was a very nice and unexpected thing to do. He also allowed us to stay a couple of hours past checkout as I had to take care of some business in the area. Thanks Jeff. You have a pretty cool place there.

Amazing gem near so many food and bar spots! You can literally walk to some or take like a 5 minute uber drive - your preference. Accessibility to the home was simple and easy. The layout incredibly comfortable and would definitely recommend it again. I would say that if you are taking more than one car, speak to the owner for parking instructions.. I drove my Jeep Grand Cherokee in the driveway and the space was perfect for that and that alone - a big truck like a chevy might be a little too tight.

Place was great for what I needed. It's location was somewhat close to a lot. You could literally get to almost anywhere with a 15 minute drive and some things within walking distance. Neighbors were a little noisy but with it being a holiday it was a bit expected. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in tampa.

Response from Jeff:
Hi Jorge, Yes 4th of July is likely the loudest couple days of the year! We haven't had complaints of noise or neighbors before now, but I will be sure to politely speak with them and make sure it was only a holiday event. Thanks for staying and come again soon!

We had an wonderful stay at Jeff's place in Seminole Heights. The place was very clean and centrally located for all our needs. Excellent restaurants nearby and local tap rooms to sample all the local breweries. Jeff was always available and quick to take care of any of our needs when they cam up. His local manager Kimmy was very sweet and wonderful to work with and was there within minutes of when we contacted her. Great beds, the softest sheets and a very cozy living area. Great stay all around. Jeff and Kimmy made us feel welcomed the whole stay. Thank you Jeff and Kimmy!
