This is a shared room located in our quiet neighborhood. For guests use we have a full kitchen, refrigerator, living room with a projection screen, and bathroom. The subway is a short walk and can take you to connections to Manhattan in a few stops.
We have 3 twin beds available in a spacious 11' x 14' bedroom in a friendly, diverse household. The apartment is a ground level floor-through apartment in a detached house.
The shared room is hostel-style, and you will share it with at most two other people. Adventurous lone-travelers, people looking for someone to hang out with, summer interns, or just those who just need a comfortable place to crash are all welcome!
The room has closet space, and each bed as a side-table and lamp. Fresh towel and linens provided.
Everything in the apartment is shared, so you are welcome to use the kitchen, dishes, common areas, backyard, high speed wi-fi internet etc. Our house is your house.
Interaction with guests
Your hosts are two 26 year old working professionals. We are very laid back and love to hang out with our guests when we're not working. However if you prefer privacy we respect that as well.
Just be considerate of your fellow roommates.
If someone is trying to sleep, keep the noise down. If you use a dish, wash it when you're done. Since it's a shared room try to keep your area clean for the benefit of everyone.
In general, we are really easy-going and laid back and are most concerned with making you feel at home. The only request we have is that you are considerate of the personal space of others in the room and we would appreciate no food in the room since there is plenty of space in the kitchen for that.

I like good conversation, music, cultures, food and the great outdoors. I work in project management. Can't wait to meet you!
We are a small group of friends in our mid to late 20s who manage our home together. Andy travels a lot for work and pleasure. So when he is not around other friends will be in the house to make sure you have all of your questions answered.
