We had great fun staying with Shelia and Shamus. The house has a spectacular view that constantly evolves with the weather. Two great pubs are in walking distance both of which are very welcoming. Shelia is the fountain of all local knowledge and Shamus is one of the last great story tellers. His Fax Machine story had my wife and I crying with laughter for ages. Breakfast is a high point and I recommend the Full Irish. We had a memorable stay and have left The Dingle with two new friends.

This was the first time we had used Air BnB and it surpassed our expectations. We spent 3 nights with Sheila and Seamus: they couldn't have been more generous and thoughtful. They made delicious pancakes (with real maple syrup) for our 2 boys (aged 14 and 12) and their daughter moved out so that our boys could have seperate bedrooms. They plied us with really helpful advice about excellent walks, set us up with a ferry to the Blasket Islands, cooked us the most delicious breakfasts, and answered all our questions about Brexit/ireland etc. The view from their dining table is glorious - even in the rain!

Sheila greeted me with tea and scones, she was full of good advise about the local area which enabled me to both climb Mount Brandon and explore the Dingle Peninsula in one day. The view from the house is fantastic and there was a hearty breakfast in the morning.

Where do we start? We could not have been made to feel more welcome. Truly a home from home. Incredibly warm and hospitable. The breakfast - cooked by Seamus - would have fed a whole family!
