PROPERTY:
Situated in a peaceful residential area, LT's Place is a charming two-story residence that provides all the comforts of home.
PARKING:
The paved driveway can accommodate two mid-sized vehicles. Additionally, there is ample free street parking available for larger vehicles, such as SUVs, pickup trucks, and those that are towing trailers.
SAFETY:
Exterior cameras have been positioned at the entrances and within the parking areas to improve the sense of safety for guests.
LICENSING:
LT's Place complies with all health and safety regulations mandated by the county, as well as all housing standards set forth by the city.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room features cozy and welcoming sofas alongside a comfortable armchair. Furthermore, a modern television offers access to numerous well-known streaming services, such as Hulu.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is well-equipped with a diverse range of appliances and accessories, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals effortlessly. Additionally, a selection of K-cups, including both coffee and tea, is available.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom is on the first floor and includes a tub and shower combination. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available for guests to use.

This cozy first-floor bedroom features a queen-size bed memory foam bed equipped with two soft pillows and two memory foam pillows. The room is furnished with a closet, a six-drawer dresser, a luggage rack, a smart television, and room-darkening shades to enhance comfort and convenience.
BEDROOM #2:
The second-floor bedroom serves as a pass-through space. As soon as one ascends the staircase, there is a space featuring a king-sized bed. Beyond a door without a locking mechanism, there is a queen-sized bed. Both beds are made of memory foam and are accompanied by two soft pillows and two memory foam pillows.
Each room is fitted with its own fandelier, allowing you to adjust the lighting brightness and customize the airflow to your liking. Additionally, both rooms offer ample storage and closet space, along with room-darkening shades for enhanced comfort and convenience.
BASEMENT:
The residence is equipped with a Maytag washer and dryer, as well as a selection of laundry necessities. Additionally, you'll have access to a cooler, beach towels, beach toys, corn hole boards, board games, and other outdoor games for your enjoyment.
The workspace features a desk, an adjustable desk chair, high-speed wifi, and a laptop stand.
OUTDOOR AREA:
