If you are booking the house after October there is a wonderful JOTUL wood burning stove . I am often there in December/January /February and the stove makes the house a cosy haven, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The winter months in Sougraigne are magical and often sunny and warm in the daytime, the cottage provides a quiet haven away from it all. The TV is for use with an extensive DVD and VIdeo collection. Netflix is also supplied, it is not connected to an antenna/dish . There is also a large collection of books. There are winter skiing options in the pyrenees. (eg Font Romeu) . Firewood is provided at the property - kindling is the guests responsibility and can be collected on country walks or bought locally.
