This upscale, contemporary executive condominium is located in the charming community of Renfrew, just a 15 minute walk away from downtown. Our two bedroom/one bathroom suite is close to fine dining, public transportation and offers underground parking. For skiers, you can quickly access the TransCanada highway and be in Nakiska in an hour.
Nestled in the heart of a trendy bistro eatery district, close to downtown and the Calgary bike pathway system, the suite is cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you need for a short or longer-term stay. Complete with a stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops, the kitchen is fully set up with herbs/spices and the essentials for basic cooking, coffee maker and microwave. There is a lovely furnished balcony to enjoy an outdoor glass of wine, or cozy up in front of the fireplace. The bedrooms have comfy queen sized beds, fresh linens for bed and bath, with lots of closet space and ensuite washer and dryer. There is a comfortable work space for your laptop and any work you may need to do from home. Take advantage of the high-speed internet for business use or Netflix for a relaxing evening in the suite. Heated underground parking in the winter months is a definite bonus for Calgary visitors.
You will have full access to the condo. You will be provided with a remote control (deposit required) for the parking stall in the underground parkade. The building lobby is secured with key lock access. The suite is accessible with a keypad and unique code for entry.

The Adora is a 30 unit, primarily adult building, largely housed with business professionals. Please respect the privacy and quiet of others with noise levels and timing. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis.
