The space

You'll be in West Hollywood. A great location for everything you need... from grocery to nightlight. Some amazing restaurants are a 5 min walk away. Plus the apartment gets a ton of natural light and with the light hardwood floors it feels like home the instant you walk in. I am a single dude so there is of course a bar area, dart board, and breakfast/bar nook. Xbox, Nintendo 64... it's a great spot.

Guest access

I will only rent when I am out of town so the whole place is yours.

Interaction with guests

I do a food and travel show on youtube called Locals Only so I have plenty of reccomendations for you. You'll have your own key so be sure to use it and don't lose it.

The neighbourhood

West Hollywood is a fantastic neighborhood. A lot of people assume 'weho' is the LGBT area but that is just like one or two blocks and it is further west. My walking neighborhood is filled with deli's, groceries, bars, restaurants, coffee shops... a reason I moved into this apartment is the walking factor. It has like 97% walking rate meaning you can walk to 97% of the things you would need. And again, I do a food/travel show so I can help you out with any recs.

Getting around

Walking, Driving, Buses, Uber, Lyft... there is even a WEHO shuttle that goes around (I just haven't used it).

Other things to note

I have a cat so she may be there - if there is an issue I may drop her off at my old roommates spot.

House Rules

Respect #1. I use airbnb all the time when I travel and I understand - this is someone's home. When you leave, I'll come back and go back to my daily life so I hope guests know that... it isn't a vacation spot for me. The place is awesome and I hope the guests are awesome and enjoy their stay which would be hard not to - just treat it like your own. If you break something just let me know... spill, clean it up.. etc. We're all adults and I hope that is kind of an unspoken agreement.
