The space
The neighborhood has many assets:
- immediate proximity to the beaches of Méjean/Magaud and San Peyre (less than a 10-minute walk from each).
- Hyères Airport ~30 min by taxi and Toulon Railway Station ~15 min by taxi or 30 min by bus without change (l.6).
- "Terre promise" bus stop very close for more autonomy served by lines 6 (taking you to the city center and west of Toulon) and 23 (for Hyères in one direction and Mourillon/Mayol in the other).
- Close to all amenities: organic supermarkets (Marcel&Fils) and Carrefour Contact 5 minutes' drive/20 minutes' walk and Boulangerie Magaud 5 minutes' walk.
- "Les Pins Penches" restaurant/wedding venue is less than a 10-minute walk away. Other restaurants are located in the neighborhood that I would be happy to introduce you to.
The Space:
The house is divided over two floors as follows:
- Ground floor:
• Open kitchen furnished and equipped with dishes/glassware for 12, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge/freezer and dishwasher but also ice maker, Nespresso Vertuo, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, electric griddle, raclette grill. A cooler is available for your beachside picnics.
• A spacious and bright air-conditioned living/dining room giving access to the garden by a glass roof with a large 4 m sliding door that can be opened 2/3 of the way to enjoy the outdoors in any season. The table can accommodate up to 12 guests and the TV is on a swivel arm so you can turn it towards the table so as not to miss a game while enjoying a pleasant family meal.
• 1st bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200), air conditioner, wardrobe and desk.
• 2nd children's bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (4 beds total), air conditioning and desk (baby crib available on request).
• Bathroom 1 with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Hair dryer and straightener provided.
- Garden level (lower floor):
• Laundry room with washer, dryer and iron. The window opens to the outdoor clothesline corner so no more excuse for the laundry chore.
• 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200), air conditioner, large wardrobe and office with French window overlooking the garden with pool.
• Bathroom 2 with shower, sink and toilet.
• 4th very spacious bedroom (40 m2) with 1 double bed (160 x 200), TV, air conditioner, dresser and sitting area (sofa and coffee table) overlooking the garden through a bay window. The whole is completed by its own open shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and sink (and second hairdryer in the house).
