Our family home is large and welcoming. It can cater easily for large groups and is located 10 mins drive from to city centre. Fantastic garden, parking, character kitchen, period features and comfortable family rooms makes this a unique place to stay!
Fantastic family home full of character and personality. 3 miles from city centre. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy inside and outside. All big rooms with comfortable furnishings and a cosy feel!
Large kitchen and island to enjoy a lazy breakfast on which overlooks the patio. Very big living room with stove and stained glass windows.
Children's playroom with bright bay window. Beautiful period staircase leads to 4 big bedrooms and 1 attic room, with sweeping views of the city's rooftops and countryside.
Big bathroom with electric shower and bath, and smaller ensuite bathroom for master bedroom.
Only available 15-31 July, slight flexibility around these dates!
Guests will have access to sky tv, high fibre broadband, patio furniture and gas bbq, large trampoline for kids and generally everything you would associate with a family home.
Interaction with guests
This is the first time we have done this as we will be on holidays from 15-31 July but have close family around and will either interact with guests when they arrive, leave or if they have any queries.
Absolutely love, love, love the area! Probably the most prestigious area in Belfast!
Regular bus stop 2 mins walk away brings you to city centre in 10 mins. 20 mins walk from cosmopolitan Lisburn road with a wide array of coffee shops, quirky boutiques and fancy restaurants.
5 mins walk to playing fields at one end of the road and 10 mins walk to riverside walks along the Lagan river/Shaws bridge which has brilliant tow paths for running, walking or cycling on.
Belfast city centre is very close so you can enjoy the bustle in there but then retreat to home comforts and tranquility.

Taxi costs around £8 to get into town.
As this is a very residential quiet neighbourhood, expect that guests would appreciate this and behave accordingly.
