Interaction with guests

If we can make your stay any more enjoyable in any way, you just have to ask! We can offer local maps, places to visit & tell you all our local knowledge! The walking is fantastic here, there is a footpath running through our farm joining rivers, scenic countryside & villages. The nearest pub would be a 7 minute drive or 45 minute walk.

Really enjoyed staying with Emma and Mark for a couple of days. They are a lovely couple, super friendly and welcoming, polite and great hosts. When we arrived late in the evening they invited us into their lounge for a chat and to watch a film. Mark and Emma's place is on a farm in beautiful countryside close to Axminster, and within easy reach of Lyme Regis and the Jurassic coast. The bedroom was clean, quiet with a comfy bed and ensuite bathroom. Emma provided tea, coffee and fresh milk straight from their cows in the morning as we brought our own cereals (as suggested) for breakfast. They even took us out one morning on a tour of the farm to feed the cattle, which is a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back when visiting friends in the area. Thanks a million for a great stay!! ;-D

This is on a lovely quiet secluded farm. The surrounding countryside is beautiful as you would expect Devon to be! The farmhouse has been refurbished & the bedroom tastefully decorated. The ensuite is brand new & of a high standard, we were the first to stay following it's completion! I would highly recommend if you'd like a quiet environment to stay but enjoy a farm & it's animals. You are invited to go on the morning run in the landrover to see Mark feed the cattle which is great fun!

Mark and Emma's farm is very close to Axminster. You do need a car to get there, but it is very peaceful and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The room and the bathroom was very clean. There was tea, coffee and snacks in the room. I can happily recommend this Airbnb.

Even though we only stayed at Mark & Emma's place for one night, it was a very positive experience. The communication worked well and Mark sent us all information we needed to find the farm. In the morning, Mark's brother took us on a tour to feed the cows, which was very interesting!

We stayed for 2 nights at Mark and Emma's farm and couldn't have been happier with our choice! We felt very welcome in their home, with some really nice chats and cups of tea together :) the room was perfect for what we needed, with a comfy bed and enough space for weekend luggage. The pet dogs were cute and friendly and being on the farm was such a lovely relaxing place to stay. If you get chance, take the Land Rover tour, it was lovely to see the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Thank you Emma and Mark, we would happily stay with you again!
