Great place for the price. Centrally located and near all the bars and restaurants and the canal. Neighborhood seems to be safe as we walked outside late several times without issues.

Place is great for one or a couple. The host company (PVRentals) is great at communicating and fixing anything or just helping with your stay. There is noise from the street but the triple pain windows help a lot.

This area was perfect for our first trip to puerto Vallarta we could walk where ever we need to go lots of restaurants shopping and water taxis close we had a great time

Great location for access to the Malecon and lots of shops/restaurants. Lots of great stuff within a short walk. Great view from the roof. Clean, safe building. Smart TV, and good WiFi. There is a lot of traffic noise from the busy street below. There are 3 layers of sliding …
