Nina was great. She made time to meet me to guide me to the apartment when I arrived and was responsive and helpful at every turn from there. The apartment is very comfortable and homey. The shower is pretty tight but I certainly can't complain. Would stay there again!

Nina's place is more charming than you could imagine even from the photos. The views are absolutely spectacular. The place is very clean and comfortable. It is very centrally located and walking distance from everything you could ever want to see in Venice. Best of all, Nina is an incredibly welcoming host. She met us at the ferry to make sure we found the apartment easily. We definitely recommend this place!

Perfect stay. Incredible views from kitchen of St Mark's square. Then amazing view from living room, think we counted 12 bell towers! Spacious place, super clean and convenient to everywhere in Venice. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

This Apartment is right near Rialto and San Marco. It was perfect for me. Antonina was an amazing host. She is always only a phone call away. I took her advice and went into her neighbourhood near the University where food and drinks are less expensive. 1/4 the price of San Marco. She is extremely knowledgeable. Always take her advice. I can't wait to stay here again.

She is really kind and well organised. She gave us a lot of important information about Venice.

Nina was very welcoming and friendly. She happily collected us from the water-bus stop and made our way to the apartment. The 6 flights of stairs seemed doable and don't leave you too out of breath. The apartment is simple and clean, but the view from above is splendid. Making the 6 flights of stairs all the more worthwhile. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, but there is space for a queen sized bed and mini sofa to be added (as a suggestion). The shower has a very large wooden beam running through it, which is expected from a beautiful Venice property. Although, if you are taller than 5'8 you won't fit in this shower (unless you sit). The beam makes it difficult even for me (5'4) to wash my hair due to banging your arms on the beam. The shower also doesn't have a door or curtain which does spray water around the room. The apartment did lack simple amenities such as bathroom soap and shower gel, but Nina made up for it with the kitchen supplies of coffee, and oils. The apartment Wi-fi did lack and only worked for an hour on my mobile during the whole 3 day trip, which made it difficult planning tourist attractions and maps for the next day. The apartment was perfect location, with bakeries, supermarkets and of course the Venice sites only a few minutes walk away. Amazing trip.

Response from Antonina:
Dear Peter I want to apologise for the wifi problem. I will check if it is telephone company problem or a modem problem and of course I will try to solve it. I'm sorry for not providing soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Renting an apartment, I do not have the possibility to buy small bottles that can be found in hotels, but in the future I will buy normal bottles to keep in the bathroom. For the shower, of course there's nothing to do but I could report it better on the website. Speaking of the bed, I have already thought of putting a double bed and a sofa, but you would lose a lot of space and the apartment would seem only a bedroom. Thanks again for choosing my apartment!
