Important Details to Consider Before Booking:
1. A registration form must be filled out before check-in, ID Verification: You will need to provide identification for building administration purposes.
2. Occupancy Limit: A maximum of 4 people is allowed. Children aged 2 years and older are counted as individuals.
3. Damage Policy: Any damage to the unit will incur a charge equal to the cost of the item plus an additional 50% (totaling 150% of the item's price).
4. Smoking: E-cigarettes/vaping are permitted, but smoking cigarettes inside the restroom and unit is strictly forbidden. A fee of ₱1,000 will be charged if our cleaner detects the smell of cigarettes or finds cigarette ashes/butts in the restroom. If you wish to smoke cigarettes, please go to veranda, be cautious not to burn the curtains, as we charge 150% for any damaged items in the unit.
5. You are allowed to cook delicious food but cooking fish, dried fish and smelly food is not allowed.
