This Studio is ideal for solo travelers and couples. Our apartment accommodates up to 3 people and has a full kitchen with minibar, dining table, living room with sofa and Smart TV, bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.
We offer bed and bath linens as well as toiletries and kitchen items.
We have parking space attached to the building, in enclosed land without cover.
The building is attached to the Piratas mall, super well located and from here go tours to the islands and scuba diving.

The space
Our Studio is spacious and super-equipped, ideal for families, couples or travelers alone. We have a bathroom with electric shower, living room and kitchen, bedroom with closet to accommodate your things and a balcony overlooking the sea and the marina.

In the bedroom we have a double bed and we offer pillows, cotton bedding and bath towels and face. It's interesting that you bring a beach towel or walks, okay? We have an air-conditioning in the bedroom that works super well and the curtain is Venetian.

The kitchen is complete, has a minibar, microwave, electric kettle, electric cooktop, pots, and utensils in general such as crockery and cutlery and has a 3 seater table that is integrated with the living room where we have a sofa and single bed.

You will check in alone at the 24-hour front desk.

Parking is on access to the mall and we have a parking space for 01 car. Our parking lot is a plot next to the building, about 100m, and it is in an uncovered area, surrounded and with a padlocked gate. You get a lock key throughout your stay.

Your small PET, up to 15kg, is very welcome, but don't forget to let us know about it and to include it in the reservation.

Piratas Residence is a building that is attached to the Shopping Piratas (only shopping mall in Angra), the location is excellent only 1km from the bus station and also close to the Center. Here of the Shopping we have a marina from which tours go daily with several itineraries to the islands and beaches. At the Santa Luzia pier in the center, boats leave daily for Ilha Grande and other tours and itineraries.
