We have specially designed this apartment for our guests who prefer a peaceful stay in a very central location!

The apt. is just 1 minute to Galata Tower. It is located on the most prominent street of Galata area; Serdar-ı Ekrem St. on which has many stylish cafes, vintage shops and historical buildings.

The apartment has all the amenities you may need during your stay. The apt is 3 min. to metro, tram and bus stations.

Our flat consists of 2+1 rooms and a bathroom;
-2 Double Bedrooms (Very large, spacious)
-1 Kitchen and Recrational Space (Includes a corner sofa and a coffee table)

-The apartment is 70m² in total, with high ceilings. Bedrooms comfortably accommodate four people.

All house amenities are available including fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, oven, kettle (water heater), aspirator (exhaust fan) etc.
24-hour limitless high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, hot water, heating system over the apartment is provided. Your towels, bed clothes, sheets, Istanbul city map guides and transportation cards, all with backups will be ready when you check-in. Rooms are fully furnished and decorated by our interior designer using tasteful pastel colors. There are wardropes, carpets, great art, wooden commodes.

You will absolutely enjoy the city and your stay in our home.

• This is your house during your stay and it will be such for the guest after you. At check-out, please leave the unit as you found it.

• Please show respect to check-out times because another guests will be waiting for check-in.

• No overnight guests that aren't booked on the reservation.

• No parties, or hosting groups of people or events; including dinner or dinning events.

• After 10.00 pm it is legally forbidden to make noise in the apartment and in the building.

• Do not forget to lock the door when you are away from the apartment.

• Smoking is allowed in the kitchen. Please be sure to be keep the apartment ventilated.

• Please turn off the lights and ac/heating when you are away from the apartment to save the environment.

The apartment is heated by two convector heaters and one air conditioner. For hot water, there is a thermosiphon.
