We thoroughly enjoyed our stay x it was a real home from home with lots of lovely places to visit on our doorstep xx we found the area easy to get round by car but we also used the bus to travel into Oxford. Bus stop right outside the farm and a twenty minute journey to the centre. Fantastic.

The Bay Tree is a cozy, well equipped and clean cottage surrounded by a picturesque little garden, and, of course, the beautiful English countryside. My father and I stayed in the cottage for five nights and it very quickly felt like home. The Thames Valley (with the Thames Path) and the neighbouring towns are worth exploring, but for those that would rather enjoy Oxford's bustle, there's a frequent service to the city. We could not have hoped for a better place to stay.

Great little cottage. Near an easy bus line into Oxford which runs frequently. I enjoyed cooking in the cottage and enjoyed being out of the bustle of town. Clean and sweet!

We found it an ideal location for visiting Oxford and seeing the surrounding countryside. The bus stop is only minutes away and the service into Oxford is fantastic. There are loads of walks and the Thames Path is minutes from the cottage. The cottage is not large but it had everything we needed for a few days away.

This little cottage/ cabin in in a great location. Walking distance to decent pub across the fields Bus at door for Oxford and Witney is ideal. We had brilliant weather so all out time was spent outdoors. Cottage is very compact but well equipped.

Sue's little cottage was a perfect place for our 4-day stay near Oxford. As promised there is a bus stop on the doorstep with frequent service into the city. We arrived early but Sue was able to accommodate us and found us a map of Oxford as well as bus timetable. The setting is idyllic and one that we can highly recommend. Thanks again Sue.
