About this listing
Eleven years ago our real estate agent showed us a piece of property that was 3.52 acres and said it was a "clean slate just waiting for us to make it our home." We've done that and now want to share that peaceful surrounding with others.
The peaceful location of our 2730 sq. ft. house has beautiful views from the east, west and north. Both sunrises and sunsets are a delight to enjoy from the porch and deck.
The back yard is a forested hill of tall firs mixed with Rhodes, ferns, and other plants.
This place is far away from the busy noise of traffics, but close enough to Eugene/Springfield. We are 25 minutes to downtown Eugene, 20 minutes to the University of Oregon, and 15 minutes to Lane Community College.
Guest access to the full house.
Interaction with guests
We will not interact with guests but are accessible by phone for any needs.
Our house sits high on a hill with beautiful views of the area surrounding us. Enjoy the vineyard and the sunsets from our front porch while seeing deer graze in the fields that around us. The Peaceful surroundings are yours to enjoy while staying at our house?

Creswell and Pleasent Hill have coffee shops/kiosk, restaurants, and stores within driving distance that are just waiting for your visit.
