Welcome to Palomino Hideaway, a quaint casita in historic Beacon Hill, San Antonio. Tucked behind the main house, the casita is free-standing with a private entrance. The first level has a living room with a sectional sofa bed and 65-inch TV, a full kitchen, and bathroom with a shower and plenty of vanity space. Upstairs there is a King bed, dresser and hanging rod, large desk, daybed and private deck. 7 minutes to downtown, 4 minutes to The Strip and 6 minutes to the Pearl.

The space
King size bed, twin daybed and large desk are upstairs in a spacious, loft-like room with windows. There is a dresser, hanging rod with hangers, and a few places to set your suitcase. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are downstairs. The sectional pulls out to a full size bed and there is a 65-inch TV. Fiber optic wifi. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of vanity space.

We supply all linens, cooking basics like olive oil and condiments, hairdryer and basic toiletries. The kitchen has a full size fridge and electric stove. There is a tea kettle, drip coffee maker, microwave, and a few pots and pans.

The space is heated and cooled with window ACs and electric radiant heaters. There is a train that can be heard from the property (as is the case in much of San Antonio!) and a sound machine is provided.

Beacon Hill is a historic neighborhood just a few minutes north of downtown. Palomino Hideaway is just a 7 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride to downtown. We are 4 minutes from The Strip and 6 minutes to the Pearl. There are a few awesome local businesses within walking distance including PhiloCoffee, Scratch Kitchen, Garcia’s Mexican Food To-Go (breakfast tacos), Oscar de La Tienda Bodega, Dos Hermanos Coffee and Bexar Kolaches (coming soon). Beautiful San Pedro Springs Park and playground is also walking distance.
