Hi, my name is Ida. Welcome to my home! This is a bright and charming classical villa with an atmosphere of summer. The house was build 1909 and is located near the beach in Risskov and still you will be close to Aarhus city.
Welcome to our wonderful house, which is not a designer home but an old fisherman's house with soul and lightfull spaces. The house is 180 square meters and is fairly furnished with things, that we care about. The heart of the house is the open kitchen and dining area at the ground floor. There is family room with fireplace, a little conservatory and a dining room. On the ground floor there is also a large bedroom with a loft sleeping place + extra toilet and shower in the scullery. The upper floor is open to the ridge. Here you find bathroom with shower and three bedrooms , one with access to the balcony. There are several exits to the garden, where there are two terraces.
You will have access to the entire house and property: the garden with two terraces and garden furniture. Grill is at your disposal and is often in use during the sommertime. Needless to say that wireless internet access, TV, dishwasher, washing machine etc. of course is available. The price includes all utilities, linnen and towels. We will make agreement on how to receive the key to the house in connection with the booking. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Interaction with guests
We are on vacation in Denmark, while you stay in the house, and we can easily be contacted via Mobile.
Other things to note
We kindly ask renters to accept that there is a cat around the house. We have a sweet and child-friendly cat, Robin, and as cats are mostly, it is very attached to its home and can not go with us on holiday. Therefore we have to ask you to feed it daily. The cat is very discreet and stays in the scullery, and except from the food, it fits just about itself. There will be cat-food available for the periode, you stay in the house, and if you are carefull to leave the door open to the scullery, the cat can get out through a cat-size-window, which is supposed to be open.
The house is sturdy and is used to being used, så basically we just expect "common sense" - but please take off your shoes when you are inside the house ;)
