Welcome to our new and modern space! We have everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. We are located less than 2 mil from downtown Raleigh, in the outskirts of the city.

We provide clean linen, fresh towels, a big gated backyard, outdoor seating, wifi, a w/d and tvs with streaming services. This unit is located underneath a single family home where you will have a private entrance. Please note, homeowners live above you.**

The space
Our home is located underneath a single family home which means you are accessing the downstairs, private unit. There are people that live above the unit you would be staying in. This means there is potential noise coming from above you. The homeowner sometimes smokes and there is a potential chance you may smell this while staying with us. Please keep this in mind before booking.

When you arrive, you will drive up onto the left side of the property and down to the gate where you will park.

You will enter the unit and see a dining area, a desk to work, a living room with a big screen tv and pull out, queen couch. Across from here is the kitchen with indigo cabinets, dishwasher, coffee machine, wine cooler, toaster and supplied with utensils and plates for up to four guests.

There is an attached room that has the washer and dryer and another room that is our renovated bathroom. In the back, is our very spacious master bedroom equipped with a king mattress and sliding door to the large backyard. This door has an electric lock as well as the entrance door for safety.

Please be aware that we are in a suburban neighborhood, very close to the city. We have cameras on our property at all times.

Guest access
You will have a private entrance in the back of the house only. You have access to the whole downstairs unit except for one utility closet. This closet houses, the Internet, router and fuse box. It may be necessary for someone to access this closet for those reasons. We will give you as much prior notice as possible, should this happen during your stay.

Other things to note
There are people living above you. Since this unit is downstairs, there is potential for creeks and sounds coming from upstairs. If this is bothersome to you, we are not a good fit.

You may cross paths with some of the tenants living above your unit.

You are allowed to smoke outside but please do not leave any butts laying around.
