One block to the subway station, 5 minutes to Manhattan, and 4 blocks to the river park with beautiful and relaxing views of the skyline. All kinds of bars, restaurants, flea markets, clothing stores. A lot of things are here.
Cozy apartment right in the core of Williamsburg. It's only 3 subway stops from Union Sq on the L train, which basically is the middle of Manhattan.
The room has a bed, a closet, and space for suitcases. Very well iluminated. Has AC during the summer and heat system during the winter. The living room is pretty spacious, with two couches, connected to the kitchen. Wonderful for relaxing in the evening, cooking dinner or having a few drinks.
Interaction with guests
Either me or my two fantastic roommates will welcome you to the apartment and help you get around.
During weekdays, check in is before 9:30am in the morning, and after 7:30pm in the evening. We can arrange something in between if you can come to pick up the keys at my office of course, which is in Manhattan, or if you're lucky and the day you arrive there's somebody that can help me welcome you :)

I'm Guillermo, a software developer from Spain that travels around the world and lives now in New York! I'm very friendly, love to cook Spanish potato omelettes, watch movies with my roommates...
I'm a very positive person, always seeing the good side of situations. I'm all about those Spanish sayings to empower yourself and take control of situations, like "Si la vida te da limones, haz limonada" or "Dale la vuelta a la tortilla"
I feel extremely grateful that I'm having a good time in New York, in a job that I love and surrounded by good people. I want to share this with as many friends, family and travelers as I can.
I prefer to travel by myself and meet amazing people wherever I go. It's quite an experience to feel how your understanding, empathy and tolerance grow and reach new levels as you get to know new cultures and people.
