The location is 5 minutes away from Sandhills outdoor mall and stores and also great access to highway 77 and 20. Charlie was great with communication. He got back to us real quick. Any issues we had he dealt with adapt. The only downside is the neighbors next doors yard. No issues at all. Great place.

Every issue was addressed in some way, but the problem is there were way too many issues. Quite frankly i was annoyed, dissatisfied, and at times just upset that we had to go through the trouble and grief. Time didnt pass fast enough to get out of this place for us. To be a little more clear, day one the place looked like it hadnt been cleaned in who knows how long, the refrigerator was soiled with old stains, the carpet was badly stained in places, the kitchen walls, shelves, floor and baseboards were quite dirty. Bathtubs were dirty and the amount of dirt/dust layers could given you allergies if you didnt have them already. The smoke detectors all were void of batteries, Spoke with him about these things, he personally cleaned the fridge and had the carpet cleaned a few days later to some degree, but wiping down the window sills handrails and things of that nature were done after we got there, by us. Then we had issues with the washer, it wasn't working. It did get replaced. The microwave started shooting sparks when it was on and running 4 a few seconds without anything in it, in which he claimed is the norm with all microwaves,(this is simply not true), upon our request it was replaced. Also probably one of the grossest things was the dishwasher. We noticed a funny smell in the house and assummed it was a septic problems, yet it wasnt, opened the dishwasher and find the bottom filled with standing water with magets and larvae. His explanation for this was it could have happened over night. Yet again another example of Charlie insulting our intelligence, and not understanding the stages of metamorphasis. Then parts were ordered and switched out on the dishwasher in which we never used because i felt the thing was still just unsanitary to use let alone have my 2yr old eat out of something "cleaned" by it. By this time he refunded a portion of what we paid for the trouble but at this point we wanted a full refund and to just leave. Problem was we werent sure how to go about getting our money back in a timely fashion. As we neared the end of our stay, there was the incident where we left for a couple days for the holidays, come back and realized someone tried to break in the garage. Luckily nothing was taken or damaged more so than it already was. The older neighborhood kids were banging on the windows and doors to get my 2 yr old to come outside and play. The last 2 events werent on him but i feel people should know a little bit about the area. Lastly the cable stopped working 4 a couple days. Yes he had it replaced as well but by this time i was so done i really didnt care and just left earlier than i was scheduled for. So some things couldnt be...

I do not no where to start. If you look at my past reviews of my property this has never happened before. I addressed all the issues that arised during your visit plus gave you a partial refund for your time staying there. The microwave issue is that you can not have the microwave on if nothing is in the microwave or it will shoot out sparks. That is clearly in the microwave manual in section "Things that can cause a microwave to shoot sparks up". I never said that this was normal for a microwave to spark up. What I did say is that if you all are running the microwave on with nothing in the microwave then it will shoot sparks in the microwave. Every microwave manual tells you that. I replaced it for you all anyway. You all stayed for 1 month at my property and this is the first time I have ever heard about kids banging on the window and doors to get your 2 year old to play with them. The area in which my property is located at is in a housing community with over 25 subdivisions. You never told me of these issues. My property is not a hotel. I just can not move you to another room if an appliance breaks. I can only accomodate your demands and request. I fixed everything you had an issue with.
