1. Gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und Vermeidung von Störungen
1.1 Als störende Geräusche sind z.B. Musizieren, Rundfunk- und Fernsehempfang über Zimmerlautstärke, insbesondere bei geöffnetem Fenster anzusehen. Das gilt in erhöhtem Maße für die Mittagszeit zwischen 13:00 und 15:00 Uhr sowie für die Nachtstunden zwischen 22:00 und 7:00 Uhr. Die Entlüftung der Bäder und Gäste-WC sollen nicht über Nacht laufen gelassen werden.
1.2. Das Abstellen von privaten Gegenständen im Treppenhaus ist nicht gestattet.
1.3. Besitzer von Fahrzeugen sind gehalten, die Anwohner nicht durch Laufenlassen von Motoren, Türenschlagen und Rundfunkempfang zu stören.
1.4. Das Parken von Kraftfahrzeugen ist nur auf hierfür vorgesehenen Flächen gestattet.

2. Erhaltung des guten Pflegezustandes der Wohnanlage
2.1. Alle Gemeinschaftsanlagen sind schonlichst zu behandeln und die speziellen Richtlinien und Benutzungsanweisungen zu befolgen. Der oder die Verursacher von irgendwelchen Beschädigungen, gleichgültig ob Eigentümer, vorübergehender Bewohner oder Besucher, sind der Verwaltung zu melden oder werden von der Verwaltung ermittelt.
2.2. Hundebesitzer haben dafür zu sorgen, dass sich die Hunde nur auf dem eigenen sondergenutzten Grundstück bewegen und ansonsten grundsätzlich an der Leine gehalten werden.
2.3. Abfälle jeglicher Art, auch Gartenabfälle, dürfen nur in den hierfür vorgesehenen Behältern zur Müllabfuhr bereitgestellt werden. Kartons müssen vor dem Einwurf in die Behälter zerkleinert werden.

3. Sicherheitsvorkehrungen
3.1. Beschädigungen und auftretende Störungen in und an den Wohnungen, den Häusern und den Anlagen, z.B. Heizung sind sofort der Verwaltung zu melden.

1. Considerate Behavior toward Others and Noise Prevention
1.1. Examples of annoying noise are music-making, listening to the radio and watching television at volumes above household noise levels, especially with windows open. The applies particularly to the midday hours between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm as well as nighttime hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
Ventilators in the bathrooms and the guest lavatories are not allowed to run overnight.
1.2. It is prohibited to leave personal items in the stairwells.
1.3. Vehicle owners must not disturb the residents by letting engines run, slamming doors and turning on the radio.
1.4. Motor vehicles are allowed to be parked in specifically designated areas only.

2. Keeping the Residential Complex in Good Condition
2.1. All common areas are to be treated with utmost care and any specific guidelines and instructions for use are to be followed. Any person or persons who cause damage of any kind, wheter they are the owner(s), temporary resident(s), or visitor(s) are to be reported to the management or the management will seek to establish their identity.
In the event of damage, the person who caused the damage or their legal representative is liable for teh full amount of the damage incurred such that the financial burdens will not affect all owners collectively.
2.2. Dog owners have to ensure that their dogs ,ove about only on the area of their property that is for this special purpose and that, otherwise, they are generally kept on a leash.
2.3. Waste of any kind, including garden waste, must be placed only in the containers provided fpr the waste removal service. Boxes must be reduced in size before discarding them in the containers.

3. Safety Precautions
Damages and any malfunctions occuring in and/of affecting the apartments, houses and facilities, e.g. the heating must be reported to the management to the management immediatly.

Super nice house, it is right on the small hill, therefore it has a beautiful mountain view, a quiet forest around. Even though we only had one night stay, we managed to a small hiking. Reception is friendly and helpful, the house has everything just like home. I like it and highly recommend it for a recovery or nature exploring trip.

Beautiful little apartment. Furnished with everything we needed. CLEAN! Quiet. The forest trails behind the apartment were very enjoyable. The balcony in the morning and evening was perfect. The only drawback was we were hot at night and would've liked to have some fans in the bedrooms. Otherwise, we would absolutely stay there again (and I haven't been able to say that about many Airbnb's). Oh, the church bells were glorious!

We spent the past weekend in Dennis's flat and had a great time visiting the Triberg area. The flat is located in a great area for travel by car, but I cannot speak to the public transit as we drove our own vehicle everywhere. Dennis's place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, to include adequate heating, rolladens for sleeping in, and a great view. The check-in and put process was super easy, and communication with Dennis before and after our stay was superb. We would absolutely recommend Dennis's place to other families traveling with children or anyone looking to explore the Black Forest. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a great place for a family getaway in the Black Forest. It is centrally located to many of the attractions including the Triberg waterfalls. We were travelling with two young children and we fit comfortably in the two bedrooms. There is also a nice playground just a few minutes walk from the place. It was also great to have a fully equipped kitchen so that we could make breakfast and dinners. We would definitely come back again!
