About this listing

In a quiet residential street, our Victorian house is perfect as a base to explore Brighton & Hove. It is less than an hour to London, and only 4 minutes to Brighton from Hove station which is a short walk away. The beach is only 15 minutes on foot.

Guest access

Kitchen, living room, dining room (table extends to seat 6 if needed), 2 double bedrooms (1 King size in loft room & 1 double bed on first floor), 1 bathroom & 1 shower room (ensuite to main loft room) and outdoor patio. 4 guests only. If additional 5th guest is staying it will be an additional £30 and the accommodation for this is in a single child's room.

Interaction with guests

We will not be in the house during your stay. We operate a self check in system.

Other things to note

If children are travelling with you there are plenty of toys you are welcome to use, and a child's table and chairs and high chair are also available on request.

One night booking are available throughout the year, however On bank holiday weekends, school holidays, and Brighton marathon and Brighton pride we prefer a minimum two night stay, however do send an enquiry for one night stays as it may on occasion be possible.

If you need parking I can provide permits for our road and surrounding roads for £6 a day. We do charge these at a premium as the council only allow each resident to purchase a limited number each year. However if you are visiting people locally they may be able to get these for you at cost. We are in zone R. Otherwise it is £1 per hour between 9am-8pm.

I'm afraid there is no smoking allowed in the house and no pets.

Please be respectful of our personal belongings. This is our family home and we will not be removing personal belongings/photos etc.

We live in a very friendly street and so our neighbours are very important to us and we would like you to be respectful with regards to noise late in the evening.



Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

A great bolthole in Hove, easy to park and to walk to the restaurants is an easy 15-20 min stroll and not far to the beach either. A lovely place for a friends get together. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is a lovely family home in a really quiet street, perfect for our families stay for the weekend. The home was clean and tidy and the rooms were very comfortable. Emma kept in touch and gave good advice on the area. It was the perfect place for our weekend break!
