At our 15 acres organic farm you can take a break from the intense heat of the coast, relax your body and soul with the sounds of nature and swim in a refreshing river!

The space

The bodega is a simple but sweet cabin that is gonna give you the feeling of a treehouse though technically is not one .
Is a comfortable space for two people and have a nice porch where you can relax and enjoy the canopy around you.
The bathroom is few steps away and is shared with cabina bella vista, the shower has hot water, and there is a communal kitchen space and a living room with a well furnished library.
Our farm is a permaculture project that include orchards, vegetables garden and animals and of course respect and love for nature. that s why acres are left wild and many species of native plants can be observed through the few miles trails of jungle that the propriety includes.
In total we rent three cabins so please check all our listings:

Guest access

uests are gonna be free to walk around ,and use the peaceful trails that run through the farm , go down the river and up the mountain to appreciate the variety of trees , plants , butterflies , birds and even monkeys!! especially these last who love to hang out around the tree house and near the river!
there is easy access to river where you will find waterfalls, water holes to swim in and peace of mind!
the beach is 18 km away but can be reached with a 45 minutes drive .
if you are interest in horse back riding we can arrange that for you , or simply tell u where to find good hikes to explore the area.
We also work with a local masseuse who can complete your relaxing experience!

Interaction with guests

Our goal is for the guest to have a great time so we are ready to give you a personalized experience!
We are gonna be there for you to show around the farm , the trails and the river and involve whoever interested in the farm chores like feeding the animals and milking the goats and the cows!!
families and children are more then welcome , infact we are a big family ourselves!
we love music and camp fires and hope you are enjoy that too!
some members of our family love to do yoga and meditation if u are inspire to join us, this is the perfect place for a retreat!!

The neighbourhood

Quebrada Grande is an authentic costa rican village of the beaten tourist (URL HIDDEN) s very green and filled with colorful houses and beautiful flowers and it is a afe place . there is a soccer field near the river and you are gonna be welcome to play with the locals. the villagers are polite and welcoming and love to interact with visitors.
there is one store with some basic supplies but best to bring food with you if you plan on cooking for yourself there is two restaurants in the mountains nears us one is 5 km away and the other is 10 km away. we have a local cook who can provide you meals at your cabin.

Getting around

the road that bring to our village is a dirt road but well maintained so best would be to have a four wheal drive but two wheal drive make it all the time too.
there is a bus once a day that arrive from carmona at the neighbor village where we could pick you up.
taxi rides can be arrange for you if needed.

Other things to note

breakfast is included in the price, and we can arrange lunch and dinner, with a local cook at extra cost.

to arrive at our place follow this direction, the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) earth will bring you to the wrong route: coming from carmona it is 28 km on the 161, coming from coyote beach is 18km. the map you find on air bnb is not accurate so we d like to give you more details about how to reach us!
