We were 9 days in Dublin and play 8 days golf. It was perfect to have the house in the city and take the car out to the golf course. The house is just 10-15 minutes walk from city and its in a calm neighbourhood. Matthew and Lisa are very friendly. They answer very quick if you want to ask somethings. In the kitchen you find what you want, if you like to cook.

Matthew and Lisa,s home was a great find on air B and B. The small house is very comfortable and was spotless. The beds are extremely comfortable and although we did not use cooking facilities the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed a sit outside in the garden on arrival with the fresh scones supplied by the host. What a welcome. The area was quiet and only a 5-10 minute walk into centre of Dublin..If coming back late at night taxi recommended but this was only €10. This air B and B was excellent value for money when compared to other places to stay in Dublin.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect, a quiet area (but walking distance to the centre) where we could relax with a lovely kitchen/dining area and courtyard. The house was so clean and and well kitted out with very comfy beds! It was great to stay in what is clearly a much loved home in a fantastic location : ) Thank you Matthew & Lisa for a lovely welcome to Dublin!

Matthew and Lisa's place is exactly the kind of place I want to stay at while in another city. It has all the amenities and many extras, such as the beautiful patio, a washer, tons of books, music, and beautiful art! There is a very nice park nearby, and coffee and breakfast cafes very close by. We easily cooked a meal and had no problems with anything during our stay. Taxis are usually found right up the street, and walking to the center or train station is about 20-30 minutes. Loved the place, and our hosts! The eggs and bread and jam were perfect for our first and second mornings, so we could relax and have coffee and tea while planning our day.

All the reviews we read prior to booking proved to be accurate and hence we were delighted with all aspects of the house. The location, in particular, provided a great base from which to visit the city - no more than a 20 min walk to the centre with first rates restaurants and pubs within a 15 min walk. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Definitely worth the money. Very nice hosts, who provided us with food for breakfast, list of places to eat and anywhere else we wanted to go to such as clubs. The place was very spacious and clean and my friends and I have all agreed that we want to have a house like this one day. The hosts provided us with towels and shampoos and shower gels so no need to pack those in our small rucksacks. Overall, coming to a nice home such as this after a tiring day of sightseeing, did make our trip all the enjoyable. Would definitely recommend staying here if you know nothing about Dublin, as the hosts will tell you all that you need to know.

Spending our weekend in Matthew and Lisa's place was awesome. The house was cosy and fully equiped. The rooms were super confortable. Even goodies were waiting for us upon arrival. Our hosts gave us a very nice welcome with a lot of tips to have the most agraable stay in this beautiful city. We highly recommend this address! Thanks Matthew and Lisa!
