This air-conditioned private room sleeps 2 people comfortably in a queen-size bed and a private fully – renovated bathroom.

Stepping into the apartment, you will find everything you need to make your stay enjoyable: a small desk for work, mini-fridge to keep your drinks cool, high speed wifi, smart 40 inches TV, blackout curtains. Whether you need a place to rest for a night before exploring Tikal or you plan on staying in the area for a few weeks or months relaxing by the lake we have you covered.

This house is extra special due to the common areas.
We take your comfort seriously and we even made sure the house have a perfectly equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook and clean up after yourself including: Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Cutlery and dishes, pans and pots. All this in a cozy pergola.
We also offer a refreshing pool at the rooftop area equipped with comfortable chairs and hammocks. Everything you need to make your vacations unforgettable.
In the terrace and pool area, there is a corner designated for the laundry and office room. Our cleaning staff typically uses this space to wash and dry clothes for about 1.5 hours. If this causes any inconvenience during your stay, please let us know, and we will ensure the staff does not enter while you are staying with us. Your comfort is our top priority!
Additionally, there are two exterior cameras overlooking the stairs leading to the terrace: one on the second level and another on the first level. There are also cameras focusing on the main entrance from the street. These cameras are installed solely for security purposes, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all our guests.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire room which includes a private bathroom. The apartment is locked with a keypad and only you will have access to this during your stay with us.
The entrance from the street is shared with 5 other rooms in the building.
You and your guests will have access to the entire unit and the common areas: rooftop area and pool, the kitchen at the pergola, free private parking in the street, outside hammocks and other amenities.
During your stay
Check-in is any time after 3:00 pm.
We will provide you with an access code for the main entrance and for your room door to enter the apartment.
Other things to note
We love to receive happy guests and we believe that our space is ideal for any tourist activity, we are located on the main street of Flores Island, so many restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just a few meters away, but keep in mind that it is kept in a super cheerful and fun atmosphere, so noise and music can be a problem. Also because it is located in a wet place and very close to the lake, you may encounter certain insects such as spiders, flies, butterflies, etc.. They are not dangerous but this is their habitat so you will surely see some.
Also, please note that power fluctuations are common on Flores Island (and throughout Petén), which can occasionally affect electricity and internet service. To protect our appliances, including the AC and TV, we use voltage regulators. If the voltage drops, some devices may turn off automatically but will restart on their own once things stabilize, so there's no need to adjust the controls. We kindly ask guests not to turn off the AC manually, as it won’t come back on automatically afterward. Ceiling fans are available and can be controlled from the wall. While we provide the best internet available on the island, speeds may still vary at times due to local power conditions.
During your stay, housekeeping and maintenance staff may be present on the property as part of our ongoing efforts to keep everything in excellent condition. Your private space will always be respected, and no staff member will enter your room without prior authorization. You may occasionally see them in the common areas, always maintaining a respectful and discreet presence. If this is ever uncomfortable for you, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to coordinate with the staff to avoid any entry during your stay, ensuring you have a peaceful and pleasant experience.
We also want to be transparent and let you know that occasional issues with the water service may arise on the island, such as temporary outages or low water pressure. These situations are due to local supply conditions and are unfortunately beyond our control. When this happens, we do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly or provide alternative solutions to ensure your stay remains comfortable. We understand how essential this service is and truly appreciate your patience and understanding if any inconvenience occurs during your visit.
