NO SMOKING POLICY - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and in the garage at all times. If you choose to smoke outdoors, it must be done away from all doors and windows to prevent smoke from entering the home. If any smoke odor is detected inside the home or garage after your stay, you will be held responsible for all odor remediation and cleaning costs, in addition to a $300 fine. Failure to follow this policy will result in additional charges. Thank you for your cooperation.

This property allows for up to four vehicles: two in the garage, and four in the driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Any fines imposed by the HOA for violation of these rules will be levied on the guests.

We do provide a starter kit of toiletries, including trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent/ dryer sheets, and travel-sized shampoos/ conditioners, and body wash bars.
