- Early check-in or late check-out: There is an additional cost of 10,000 won per hour before and after!
ex) An additional fee of 10,000 won will be incurred when checking in between 3 and 4 o'clock.

- Energy saving: Be sure to turn off the gas stove, air conditioner, etc. when going out or checking out.
- Hotel bedding and towels are set according to the number of people booked!
- Please do simple tidying up, dishwashing, and separate collection when you leave.
- When using the accommodation, please wear the indoor shoes provided after storing your shoes in the shoe rack at the entrance of the accommodation.
🚨 Precautions
- Minors must be accompanied by a guardian to enter.
- Parties and illegal uses are not allowed.
- If you enter without paying for additional people, you will be removed. (Check the external CCTV outside the front door)
- Dogs are not allowed.
- We are not responsible for safety accidents and lost items caused by the negligence of the guest.
-In case of damage, contamination, or loss of indoor and outdoor items and furniture, you will be liable for reimbursement, and you will be charged for recovery and replacement, as well as operating losses.
❌ Prohibitions
- No loud noise from 9pm to 8am (As a residential area, please refrain from talking loudly or parties after 9pm. If you receive noise complaints and reports, you may be taken out of the room).
- Absolutely NO smoking in the unit and anywhere in the building.
-Absolutely no indoor and outdoor firearms (candles, scented candles, firecrackers, mobile burners, lighters, and anything else with embers).
-Dyeing in the accommodation and food on bedding are prohibited (in case of contamination such as bedding and toilets due to this, a restoration fee will be charged).
