Great last minute booking. The location is awesome, walkable to Little Toyko and The Art District. The other guests were friendly and respectful which is vital for a co-living space.

As long as you come mentally ready for a hostel like environment, you're going to have a great stay! The place is clean, the check-in people are friendly. They lent me a towel to use during my stay. It's possible to walk from Union Station to Podshare, but it does go through a bit of a sketchy feeling area, fine in the day, maybe less of a good idea late a night.

Stayed for one night, free parking that was easy to find was a major plus! One suggestion is to bring ear plugs because it's on a corner next to the train and road. Cute place and made a good friend there to explore little Tokyo with! Will come again!

This place is a great place to stay! The loft is very clean with a modern feel. Its basically bunk beds in a modern loft. When I stayed in the LA Art districts loft, everyone was quiet and respectful of other people. There is someone there at the front sitting with at a small table so its not corporate feeling or intimidating at all. The bathrooms are narrow and small but still clean. There were a total of six shower and 6 bathrooms all co-ed. The bunk beds are comfy & the host provides you with towels. I was able to stay on the top bunk bed! There tvs and outlets to plug in each pod. There are two sides of the loft. There a common place to cook and eat (small kitchen with stove) thats clean. Its difficult to find parking in the day but east to park during the night. In my situation, there was an issue where my bed was unavailable which was unfortanate and dissappointing. It probably was because I didnt check in early even if you can check in any time (but still shouldnt have happened). But a receptionist, Carly, texted me and called me to accomodate me a bed at the Venice Beach location 40 mins away or a rolling bed at the DT LA location for $20 off my total stay which was nice. I ended up staying at a friend's friend's house which was last minute. Ill be requesting a half refund for this and am hoping it is accepted since I only stayed one night one when it was supposed to be two nights. Besides this issue, all the people here were chill and the vibe was cool. Id definitely stay here again because its clean, modern and cheap and close to hollywood blvd by car!

I've lived in LA for 12 years, am president of my neighborhood council, freelance production jobs (camera op and editor), but best of all, I co-live at PodShare.

PodShare is a live/work community across multiple addresses, where staying at one location grants you access to our other locations for the duration of your stay (during the hours of 10am to 11pm) to share common areas like co-working tables, kitchen, showers, lockers, WIFI, bikes, computers, green screen, sound booth etc. in Hollywood, Downtown LA (Arts District, Venice Beach and Los Feliz.

PodShare is an open community, but if you are seeking a private and pet-friendly option, click on my profile for an apartment on Hollywood Blvd.
