This is a Disney World for adults!! There so much fun entertainment in Havasu!! Fishing, water spots, boating, skate park, horse back riding, jet skis, off road trails for hiking and driving fun, London Bridge, shopping, gambling, tours, golf courses, ranges, bowling, night life, RV road trips, tons of events like hot air ballon rides, boat races, fishing televised championship tournaments, car shows, swap meet, festivals and much much more!!
Other things to note
There's no smoking indoors whatsoever. You may upon approval have a non shedding trained dog that doesn't shed much with a one time pet fee of up to $250 depending on the type and size and your dog may not be on any furniture please.
Please refill whatever you use for the next guests such as propane because sometimes I'm away for work out of state and this is something the cleaning girls won't do.
Sometimes we will rent the house the same day you are checking out or if you are staying a few days it would be great if you could swap laundry of your towels to prevent must from wet towels although obviously not required.
I know...the cleaning fee....let me explain and break the cost down. Everything in this town is super expensive when it comes to “labor”. Even offering a large hourly wage, it’s still hard to even find locals in this retirement town to do labor intense cleaning.
It gets extremely expensive when after each guests we have to wash 15-20 sets of sheets and blanket, 20-40 or more towels to be washed.
We normally have large parties who love to cook and play so the extensive cleaning of the house, laundry, outdoors takes on average a team of 6 for 4 hours at $15 an hour equals $360. The laundry MUST go to a laundromat because we normally have back to back bookings and the amount of laundry left would take 3-4 solid days of washing at an in home washing machine which is why I ask each guest to please rotate their towels during their stay. :-)
Another important thing to note: If you want complete privacy outdoors and not have any common area "outdoors" please request to book both houses and I can alter your reservation. The second house is newly built with a luxurious bathroom, indoor jet tub and enormous tile shower with multiple shower heads, a master bedroom with new memory foam king bed and views from this bed as far as the eye can see of Havasu, the island, California mountains and perfectly centered sunsets which is a GREAT GIFT to offer to someone in your group!! The living room area has a kitchenette and has two double beds new memory foam mattresses! These two houses share the same back yard. They don't always rent at the same time but if you want to "secure" the outdoor property to yourself let me know so I can book the second house during your stay.
